Interior Inspection
Interior finishes may look flawless at first glance, but hidden defects can tell a very different story. From hairline cracks in walls to poor tiling, electrical issues behind switchboards, or moisture under the paint, our Interior Inspection reveals what lies beneath the surface.
At Implied Developers, we ensure the inside of your home matches the promises made on the outside, with a sharp focus on quality, safety, and workmanship.
What We Inspect
We assess visible, accessible areas of the home’s interiors, across multiple categories. Our approach balances aesthetic standards with technical insights.
▶️ Wall Finishes & Paint Quality
We check for uneven paint, patches, damp spots, cracks, bubbling, or signs of water seepage — especially around ceilings, corners, and wet walls.
▶️ Floor Levels & Tiling
Tiles are examined for hollowness, cracks, uneven joints, and slope direction (especially in bathrooms and kitchens). Flooring is checked for level consistency.
▶️ Ceilings & False Ceilings
Ceiling finishes, joints, and gaps in false ceiling panels are assessed. We also check for moisture seepage or structural flaws above ceilings.
▶️ Woodwork & Built-ins
Cabinets, wardrobes, and modular furniture are inspected for alignment, finish, stability, and usability. Hinges, locks, and laminate edges are tested.
▶️ Doors, Windows & Ventilation
We ensure all interior openings operate smoothly, seal properly, and are free from noise, gaps, or hardware faults.
▶️ Electrical Points & Fixtures
We check switchboards, plug points, fixture mounts, and visible cabling for finish quality and basic safety standards.
▶️ Bathroom Fixtures & Accessories
Taps, mixers, WC alignment, flush performance, and drainage speed are visually inspected, including leak signs and fitting quality.
Why Interior Inspection Is Critical
Once you move in, fixing interior issues becomes disruptive and expensive. Identifying them beforehand gives you a strong position to request corrections from your builder — or helps you plan for necessary improvements during renovation.
It’s not just about what looks good — it’s about what lasts.
